The portion of the Bible we read this week, Pinchas, contains the energy of healing. And so let's use this week to ask the question: What is healing and how do we go about bringing this energy into our lives?
According to the kabbalists, healing begins when we make the internal changes that the universe asks of us. Whether we realize it or not, every time we perform a negative action, we move ourselves closer to the energy of the Desire to Receive for the Self Alone and death; while every time we perform a positive action of sharing, we move ourselves closer to our soul and life.
Healing happens when we consciously bring ourselves closer to the Light, especially when it's difficult or when we don't want to or when it is easier to fall prey to our negative thoughts.
What do I mean by this? Basically, when we are not at our best—say, when we've gone into bankruptcy or when our best friend has just dumped us—these are the times when we must say to ourselves, "I have certainty that even though I don't have the position I had before or I don't feel as good as I once did, I know that the sun is shining." These are the times when we have to say, "I know with certainty that I am part of the Creator's spirit, and even though He has taken me through this unhappy process, maybe it is to help me jump forward with the Light."
The truth is what most of us are looking for is that inner peace that comes when we can go to sleep at night after saying to ourselves, "I've done what I could today to make myself a better person and the world a better place." However, we do need to realize that all the things that go smoothly in our lives are just stepping stones to take us to another challenge, another level, another platform from which we can grow. Peace is not just the absence of chaos. Absolute peace comes only when we know that we have tried our best to reach our spiritual level. Yes, maybe we have failed, but nevertheless, we tried—and it is the trying that is important.
There are people who take perfect care of themselves physically but still manage to fall ill. Sometimes we can do our best for our body, but if we forget our soul, we will never achieve the growth that brings our body and soul into balance. So how do we get there?

Coherence and other energetic phenomenon or how does the Energizer® energize the water
coherence: logical, orderly, and aesthetically consistent relationship of parts
What I am going to say here isn't the truth. It's my interpretation of what's going on, so please don't go off and pass it off as authoritative truth: I'll muscle test, but my hunch is: it is unkowable. Water is the most godly creation right after human being. It is capable of carry any energy, and carry it without any distortions. It is loving with no agenda of its own.
It's hard to imagine, but the water that we drink isn't coherent. It's much like unkempt hair: full of knots, lacking shine.
Why is that? Is it because of the impurities of the water? Yes and no.
The impurities are like the knots, they make the water molecules attempt to seal the impurities off.
The most important reason for our water's incoherence is its spin. (spin is a lot like curly hair: each hair follicle tells the individual hair which way the spiral should go.)
Water is supposed to be left-spin. Each molecule.
For reasons that we can only guess, (the impurity of the human mind feels most accurate, second guess is the cause of the Great Flood: the Earth spin got reversed, all guessing!)
Imagine your hair: each hair follicle instructs the hair to curl in a slightly different direction. The resulting hair is much like a bale of hay: no rhyme and reason, and no beauty.
That's how our drinking water looks when you can see it.

Eating the menu and other Tree of Knowledge stuff
I need some protein, says Charlie when I ask what he wants to buy on our weekly shopping trip.
Charlie is a student of mine, and he takes me shopping: I don't drive.
He makes 16 ingredient salads and also buys protein.
I get some ground buffalo, eggs, Chorizo, half and half, and butter.
I sample some cherries on the way: my stomach is quick to inform me that it was a bad move. It's cramping from two cherries. Wow.

I love vegetables and fruits… but my body doesn’t
I love vegetables and fruits... but my body doesn't
I used to be able to eat most anything. Not any more.
Whether it has something to do with my vibration (it's 970/1,000 now) or not, I don't know.
I had nothing in the refrigerator, other than the tuna cans I have for the cat. But I had some brussel sprouts and I decided to take a risk.
For the past about six months every time I touch vegetables, except beets, my stomach lurches.

Energy Water and Chronic Yeast Infection
I was born a preemie. I had horrible colic my entire childhood, I was skinny, and I threw up every night. I hated food and was a picky eater.
At 9 I was diagnosed with yeast infection and had to go to treatments to the other end of town every week. I took 3 buses to get there and 3 to get back home. 80 minutes each way.
I had stomach ulcers, my hair was falling out in patches, and I started to show signs or emotional instability.
I wasn't going to be beaten by anything, so I developed a discipline a fakir would be proud to have.
I never had a good day, and I didn't even know I could. Of course the diagnosis, yeast infection, was forgotten, and I was treated for the symptoms, ulcers, depression, insomnia, muscle aches, headaches, especially migraines, irritable blowel syndrome, thinning hair, skin rashes and pimples.
